Jonathan Igoe, our Director of Leader Hiring, is looking forward to his ninth year at Overland. He enjoys getting to know new applicants as well as reconnecting with former Overland leaders. If you have questions about job openings or wish to get in touch, he'd love to hear from you.
Chris McAlister coordinates leader paperwork, handles background checks, approves leader certifications and organizes leader arrivals for training. She has worked closely with Jonathan for 7 years helping Overland bring together a team of qualified and prepared leaders each summer.
Nate Eberly works closely with Jonathan and our logistics team to manage our leader recruitment, interviewing and hiring efforts throughout the year. He also coordinates all of our visits to colleges and universities.
