New England Service is based in Williamstown, Massachusetts in the northwest corner of the state (3 hours north of New York City and 3 hours west of Boston). Students are either dropped off/picked up in Williamstown or fly in and out of Albany International Airport just over the border in New York (Overland provides airport shuttles and assistance).
