"Once again Overland has been an enormous growth experience for our daughter Zoe. The physical accomplishment on the American Challenge is obvious. These students now have tangible proof that they can reach any goal that they want, if they set their minds to it. What was less obvious to the outside observer going into your programs, is the leadership skill set they would learn. Zoe has told us about  the techniques that her American Challenge leaders used to facilitate the bonding of the group. The O-Zone should be a mantra for everyone's life.
